Chef Margaret Pak is the head chef of Thattu, a restaurant that specializes in the southwest Indian coastal cuisine of Kerala that opened in the Avondale neighborhood in 2023. She is the first chef in a new collaboration series with Marisol and the MCA, and her featured menu item, the Kerala Chicken Sandwich, was featured on Marisol's lunch menu in spring 2023.
