Anthony McCall, Barbara Stafford and Paola Bertucci with an introduction by Madeleine Grynsztejn. Presentations by internationally renowned speakers trace the history of this phenomenon in art and science, and relate it to wide-ranging developments in consumer culture, optics, psychology, philosophy, and technology.
